Unbox & Setup: All-New RGB Digital Background for Rimless Aquariums by UNS

UNS Atmos is an LED RGB light background designed to hang directly on the back of a rimless freshwater (FW) tank, available in the most common UNS sizes: 45U, 60P, 90L, 90P, and 120P. It's a genuinely effective fix for a busy, distracting background — we swapped it in on a 60U tank that had an ugly pegboard backing, and small fish like rasboras immediately became far easier to see against the clean white finish.

What's Included

• Atmos LED background panel in heavy-duty, matte-finish acrylic (matte keeps light from bouncing off nearby walls or interfering with a TV mounted above the tank)
• Inline controller connecting the power supply to the panel
• Magnetic wireless remote — mounts inside or outside your cabinet
• Mounting hooks, foam backing pads, and full hardware kit

Installation Notes

• The labeled side faces away from the viewer (toward the wall); the unlabeled side faces you through the tank
• Use the included foam backing during setup to avoid scratching the acrylic
• When mounting the remote bracket, the directional arrows should point down, even though that may look counterintuitive at first
• Waterproof connector pins are keyed to line up correctly — match the groove and arrows before tightening

Controls

The remote lets you slide through the full RGB color range, adjust intensity by press-and-hold, and set either a slow or fast color-cycling mode.
