Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule:

  • Items are shipped Wednesday through Friday. Glass aquariums and stands may need additional days for handling due to extra packaging necessary to ensure they do not break during transit.

Please Note: 

  • Dry Goods mixed orders may be shipped separately. Dry goods will be sent through UPS. 
  • We try to ship dry goods only orders throughout the week but delay them till Thursday / Friday when needed. 
  • We are sorry for any inconvenience but we only ship within the United States and its territories. 
  • We reserve the right to ship orders that come in after the cut-off times depending on order volume.
  • We reserve the right to ship packages out on days outside of our typical shipping schedule. 

Order Processing Time:

  • 5 Business Days or Less
  • If greater than 5 Business Days, you will be Notified by Email
  • Extreme weather may affect processing times
