The Bubble Blaster HY-5000 was built from the ground up as a dedicated skimmer pump, engineered around pulling the largest possible volume of air relative to water flow — the key to aggressive, effective protein skimming.
A digital control circuit board manages directional start-up and RPM speed, and shuts the pump down automatically if it detects a fault, protecting the motor from damage. The clear volute housing lets you see inside the pump without taking it apart, so a clog or obstruction is visible at a glance instead of requiring a teardown.
