The Maxspect Jump DC Series delivers powerful, precisely adjustable return flow at an affordable price point. Each pump is built around Sine Wave Technology — a smoother, pendulum-like alternating current drive that runs noticeably quieter and with less vibration than pumps using traditional square-wave DC drivers. The result is strong, silent flow that won't disturb a display tank or a bedroom-adjacent fish room.

Every Jump DC pump ships with a four-button external controller featuring an LED display, 20 selectable flow speeds, a pulse (wave) mode for simulated tidal flow, and a programmable feed mode that temporarily reduces flow for easy feeding — all without an app, Bluetooth, or WiFi setup required. These are submersible pumps only, rated for both freshwater and saltwater use, and each includes a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Why Sine Wave Technology matters

Traditional DC pump drivers switch current on and off abruptly, creating a "square wave" that causes audible motor hum and mechanical vibration. Maxspect's Sine Wave drive instead ramps current up and down smoothly, like a pendulum, which significantly cuts motor noise (see decibel comparison chart) while still delivering full, controllable power.
