Ludwigia inclinata var. Verticillata 'Cuba' (formerly Ludwigia sp. 'Cuba') is a showy, large stem plant that grows both submersed and emersed, native to swamps on the Isle of Youth off the southwestern coast of Cuba. Its ovate green leaves when grown emersed give way to long, narrow leaves marbled with red and orange highlights once submersed.

Care & Planting: Remove from bunch wrap/foam, then plant individual stems into substrate. Propagate by cutting the main stem and replanting cuttings.

A note on appearance: Many stem plants, including this one, are harvested in their above-water (emersed) form, and the photo may not reflect how it looks once fully adjusted to life underwater. Leaf shape and coloration commonly shift as the plant transitions to submersed growth — don't be surprised if new growth looks different from what arrived in your order. Give it a few weeks to acclimate before judging its final look.
