Hydrocotyle Sibthorpioides, also known as Lawn Marsh Pennywort, is a clover-leaved carpeting plant similar to Hydrocotyle Tripartita (Hydrocotyle Japan) but with rounder leaves. This is a tissue-culture cup, grown in vitro to guarantee zero pests, algae, or snails.

Skill Level Moderate
CO2 Required (to stay low and compact as a carpet)
Requires Aqua Soil Recommended
Type Creeping / carpet plant (Rooted)
Max Height 5-10" if untrimmed; kept much lower (1-2") as a trimmed carpet
Placement Foreground carpet (also usable midground/background if left untrimmed)
Light Level Medium to High (approx. 50-90 PAR)
Origin Asia
Other Undemanding and fast-growing; will out-compete and overgrow the tank if left untrimmed.

Care & Planting: Remove the tissue culture gel before planting by rinsing under water or gently squeezing it off, then split the plug into small clumps and plant into substrate. Propagate by trimming stems and replanting cuttings, or by pulling apart dense clumps.
