Directions/Specifications

Simply place the Easy Shrimp and Snail Shells into your aquarium. Your invertebrates will be drawn to them, consuming the shells at their own pace. Alternatively, allow the shells to sit and dissolve, gradually releasing calcium and minerals into the water to maintain appropriate hardness levels. Regular replacement is recommended to ensure a consistent supply of these essential nutrients.
Some loose guidelines:

  • Add 1 shell per month or after each water change, whichever comes first.
  • Monitor hardness in aquarium and adjust use accordingly.
