SHIPPING

We often ship same day, all from our South Florida location. Your package will get to you within1-5 business days if there are no delays due to weather, holidays or external circumstances out of our control.

Live Arrival Guarantee on Livestock

We ask that you do your part and minimize the amount of time our packages sit out in the elements. It can also be a good idea to avoid ordering live items during extreme weather conditions.

When temperatures are cold we will use heat packs and liners when needed. If temperatures are to hot we will use cold packs, especially with our inverts and plants. Please note that we do not ship our plants in water. The plants are completely water logged and carefully wrapped in water logged newspaper or the like. This method ensures your plants will arrive in perfect condition. Also, our DOA guarantee ensures that the plants and Shrimp/Snails arrive healthy or you get your money back.

We do our very best to ensure each order being shipped out is going to make it to our customers in excellent conditions.

Wednesday - Livestock Orders
Thursday - UPS/Fed Ex 1-Day & Hard Good Only Orders
Friday - Hard Good Only Orders

Please Note:

  • All Livestock / Dry Goods mixed orders may be shipped separately. Livestock will be sent through the shipping method chosen at checkout. Dry goods will be sent through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
  • We try to ship dry goods only orders throughout the week but delay them till Thursday / Friday when needed.
  • We are sorry for any inconvenience but we only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not ship livestock to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
  • We reserve the right to ship orders that come in after the cut-off times depending on order volume.
  • We reserve the right to ship live animals during the week of a holiday.
  • We reserve the right to ship packages out on days outside of our typical shipping schedule.
