Why people drive past three pet stores to get here

  • Healthy fish, on purposeEvery tank runs on its own filtration. New arrivals are quarantined and medicated as needed. We will not knowingly sell a sick animal.
  • People who keep fishThe floor is staffed by marine and environmental science students and graduates; the owners are usually in the building.
  • Internet-competitive pricesWe sell online every day, so in-store prices have to compete with the internet. They do.
  • Aquascaping done in personHand-pick hardscape, pick plants off the shelf, and get a layout opinion from someone who has built hundreds of tanks.
  • 1% back on everythingNature Rewards gives you 1% of every purchase back as store credit, automatically. How it works.
  • Custom builds and maintenanceRimless planted set-ups, reef systems, and in-home maintenance from Boynton Beach to Miami.

Before you come

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking directly in front of the store. We are at 5344 N. University Drive in Lauderhill, one block south of Commercial Blvd.

Can I buy fish, plants and corals online and have them shipped?

No. Live fish, corals, invertebrates and plants are sold in the store only, so you can see the animal before you buy it. Online orders are for dry goods: equipment, food, supplies and aquariums, with in-store pickup available.

Are the fish healthy?

Every one of our 120-plus aquariums runs on its own filtration, so nothing spreads tank to tank. New fish are quarantined and medicated as needed, fed daily, and we will not knowingly sell a sick animal.

Can you help me with a problem in my tank?

Yes. Bring a water sample or a few photos and someone on staff, most of whom study marine or environmental science, will go through it with you. For ongoing help at your home or office, we also offer aquarium maintenance from Boynton Beach to Miami.

Can I bring my kids or my dog?

Kids are welcome, and so are leashed, well-behaved dogs.

How does the 15% store credit work?

Sign up with the "Claim it" button, make your first purchase in the store, and 15% of that purchase is issued to you as store credit for next time. It excludes aquariums (tanks) and purchases over $1,500, and it is one per household. After that, Nature Rewards gives you 1% back on every purchase.
