Aluminum Plant is prized for the silvery, metallic-looking tracing on its leaves, making it a striking terrarium or houseplant specimen. It's still occasionally sold as an "aquarium plant," but it will not survive submerged underwater — this is a terrestrial terrarium and houseplant species.
