Alternanthera Reineckii (AR) is a popular, relatively easy-to-grow red stem plant. Vibrant red color requires decent CO2 and micronutrients; without them the leaves can dull toward orange. Regular fertilizing (high nitrates/phosphates) helps speed growth and keep coloration at its best.

Care & Planting: Remove the plant from its wrap and lead weight, then plant into quality substrate. Propagate by cutting the stem and replanting cuttings. As with all farm-grown stem plants, the photo may not reflect its submersed look — leaf shape and color often shift once the plant adjusts to underwater growth.
